Application: Designed for reclaiming tough, bulky parts, sprues and runners, light sheet, small diameter pipe, and extruded profile and film. Throat sizes range from 8"x10" to 12"x40".
Performance Features and Benefits:
- Front feed hopper: Offers convenient feed height and removable flap design. Operator safety is fully integrated into machine design.
- Engineered for quiet operation: All granulators feature noise reduction and sound dampening on the hopper.
Optional Equipment: In addition to options listed on the universal and custom features page, beside-the-press/light duty granulators can be customized further with:
- Conveyors, built in-house by Granutec.
- Metal detectors capable of sorting and detecting small pieces of ferrous and non-ferrous metals to prevent regrind material contamination.
- AMP feed back system to control the conveyor feed to the granulator.
- Hopper feed tray.
