Application: For the automatic recovery of scrap sprues and runners from beneath the molding machine. Throat sizes range from 6"x6" cutting chamber with a 5" diameter auger through 10"x12" cutting chamber with a 10" diameter auger.

Performance Features and Benefits:

• Compact, low profile design: Fits perfectly under small molding machines.
• Safety Features: Cutting chamber cover and lift-off screen cradle are mechanically and electrically interlocked. Emergency buttons are located on the control panel and end of the auger trough. All critical areas are painted OSHA orange.
• Engineered for quiet operation.

Optional Equipment: In addition to the options listed on the universal and custom features page, the below-the-press auger-matic granulators can be customized further with:

• Zero-speed switch.
• Material bins for continual or vacuum unloading with level indicator.
• Left hand configurations.
• Anti-wrap feature to eliminate runner/auger wrap around of super-hot material.

• Auger trough metal detection system.
